Essence of Yin

A Women's Pilgrimage into the Sacred Valley of Peru

Essence of Yin is a sacred pause for women seeking to slow down, soften, and remember their connection to themselves, to the Earth, and to the wisdom carried through ancestral traditions. Journeying through the sacred landscapes of Peru, facilitated by Amy Bichajian, we gather in sisterhood to explore feminine embodiment, nervous system restoration, devotion, ceremony, and reciprocity with the land and the people who welcome us.

This retreat is an invitation for your own sacred pause… to listen more deeply.

The Invitation

Another Way

In a world that often asks us to push, strive, and perform, Essence of Yin offers another way.

Together we enter a slower rhythm of being through embodied practice, sacred ritual and meaningful cultural exchange. Surrounded by the Shiva energy of the Sacred Apus, the mountain spirits of the Andes, and held within a community of women, we create space to reconnect with our intuition, wombs, and the natural intelligence of our body as the oracle.

This journey is designed for women who feel called toward a deeper relationship with themselves, with the Earth, their Spirit Guides, womb, soma — and with a more feminine way of moving through life.

Our Commitment

Reciprocity & Relationship

At the heart of this journey is reciprocity.

I, Amy Ruth, believe that travel can become a practice of relationship rather than consumption. And as women, it is our duty to reflect this frequency and practice this way of living. Throughout our time in Peru, we will intentionally support local guides, artisans, wisdom keepers, and community-led initiatives.

We approach the land, traditions, and people we encounter with humility, respect, and gratitude.

This pilgrimage is an invitation to receive while also giving back.

Is This For You?

Who This Is For

This experience is for women who feel called to slow down, remember, and return to themselves.

No prior yoga or devotional practice is required. Only an open heart and a willingness to journey deeper into self and spirit.

A Return

Essence of Yin is a Return

A return to the body.
A return to the Earth.
A return to the wisdom that emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

I welcome you to walk this path with us.

Con Amor, Amy Ruth
